Control System / Software Engineer. Bristol

We are looking for a Control System / Software Engineer for a dynamic engineering company based in Bristol paying c£30kpa.

Title: Control System / Software Engineer.
Location: Bristol.
Salary: £30 k pa neg on experience plus benefits.

Skills.

Experience of modelling dynamic systems using Simulink/Stateflow.
Use of HIL tools such as xPC.
Programming embedded systems in C.
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and design.
Understanding of “control theory”.

Duties.

The Control System / Software Engineer will undertake software and system development activities under the guidance of the Principal Control Engineer.

This is a challenging role within a rapidly evolving environment. Applicant must have a flexible approach to work and be willing to undertake occasional site work.

An ideal candidate would have an engineering degree in a relevant subject; and good practical knowledge in the above skill areas.
